Michelle Lynn Monaghan, born on the 23rd of March, 1976 is an American actress. She is most well-known for her performances in the films Kiss Bang Bang (2006), Gone Baby Gone (2007, Made of Honor (2008)), Trucker (2008) and Source Code (2011). She played Julia Meade, the main character in Mission: Impossible's action spy series Mission: Impossible (2006), Mission: Impossible Ghost Protocol (2011), Mission: Impossible Fallout (2018) was recognized. Monaghan also starred in True Detective's debut season (2014) in the first season of True Detective as Maggie Hart. She was nominated for the Golden Globe Award, Best Supporting Actress. In the drama series The Path (2016), she played the role as Sarah Lane. Monaghan played the role of Eva Geller on the 2020 Netflix thriller series Messiah. The show was cancelled after one season.
